SPIN (Suicide Prevention Implementation Network) has organized a January Blues Paint Night, led by Amanda from Art With Attitude, to help us through these cold winter days.
Let’s come together to relax, paint, enjoy some light refreshments and, most importantly, spend a couple of hours in the company of friends.

Throughout the evening, we will tell you about SPIN and also share some tips on how to navigate the January Blues.
We will be painting Resilience in the Rain. All supplies are included, and no experience is necessary!
